illustrated by Mr. Boddington, who is not a man but is the name of an art studio in NYC! endpapers show the rooms of Santa's workshop on the front (with an elevator going from floor to floor), and a Holiday Log on the back with a place to record favorite presents year by year. The name of the book is 'Twas The Night Before Christmas and was given to Sarah  Christmas 2023.

Drawings are simplistic and little cartoonish, sort of like Grandma Moses' illustrations. two mice, asleep in Mouse House #1, with parents and children in their own beds. Santa flies in over colorful cities reading a long list of locations - Paris, NYC, Tokyo, etc. He carries a bag of coal with him. Elves are riding on some of the reindeer. When the sleigh lands on the rooftop, reindeer sprawl over the dormers of roofs. Santa has a "nice list" of names, and drinks coffee made in a French Press. In the stocking - PopRocks, Slime, fancy coffee, a Rolex, and tickets to the NYC Ballet. By the end of the book, Santa's on his way to Rome.
